Merchant support

PrimeStyleAI Help Center

A focused guide for Shopify merchants setting up product selection, size charts, widget behavior, billing, and storefront try-on.

Recommended path

Set up PrimeStyleAI in the right order.

Keep the workflow controlled. Products come first, size charts make sizing accurate, and the plan should reflect the selected catalog.

01

Select products

Choose products where the "Find Your Fit" button is allowed. Variant inventory stays read-only and helps merchants decide what should be enabled.

02

Connect size charts

Run detection or upload CSV charts for selected products only. Every enabled product needs chart coverage before sizing can be trusted.

03

Choose plan

The selected product count sets the nearest product tier. Included try-ons are chosen from fixed usage packages and approved in Shopify.

04

Add storefront block

Add the PrimeStyleAI block to the product template in the Shopify theme editor, save, and refresh the storefront preview.

Product selection

Choose products intentionally.

PrimeStyleAI should only run on products that are appropriate for try-on, have usable images, and can be matched to a size chart.

Accepted
  • Standard apparel with clear images and size charts.
  • Menswear, womenswear, denim, outerwear, activewear, dresses, suits, and plus size.
  • One-piece swimwear when the product image is appropriate.
  • Shoes, hats, sunglasses, and supported accessories where sizing rules are available.
Not supported
  • Bikini and two-piece swimwear.
  • Lingerie, nudity, adult, or explicit products.
  • Products without usable images or meaningful size data.
  • Products where all variants are out of stock.

Size charts

Recommendations come from merchant size data.

PrimeStyleAI should recommend from the merchant catalog, not generic averages. That means selected products need clean chart coverage.

Detect charts

Scan selected products and review detected sources before saving. Detection should stay focused on selected products only.

Upload CSV

Use clean labels and consistent units. One chart can cover multiple products when the same sizing applies.

Review coverage

Separate products with connected charts from products still needing charts, then save when the mapping is correct.

SizeXS, S, M, L, XL, numeric sizes, shoe sizes, or brand size labels.
MeasurementsChest, waist, hip, inseam, sleeve, foot length, head, face, or accessory dimensions.
UnitsUse consistent units per chart. Metric and imperial can both be shown when available.

Operations

Daily controls merchants will use.

These are the settings merchants come back to after the first setup.

Widget settings

Customize the "Find Your Fit" button so it matches the storefront. One-color try-on can reopen the saved result after the first completed try-on for a product color.

Plans and billing

Product access sets the product tier. Included try-ons come from fixed packages. Add-ons increase the current plan balance without changing the monthly plan.

Shopper flow

The shopper opens "Find Your Fit", enters measurements or uploads a photo, receives a size recommendation, then can generate a try-on result.

Analytics

Use analytics to monitor try-ons, top recommended sizes, customer countries, product usage, and whether product selection needs adjustment.

Troubleshooting

Check the gates in order.

Most storefront issues come from product access, chart coverage, inventory, or theme block placement.

Product is selected. Product has a connected size chart. Selected variant has inventory. Theme app block is on the product template. Widget settings were saved. Product type is supported.
FAQ

Answers merchants usually need first.

Short, direct answers for setup and day-to-day support.

Why does the "Find Your Fit" button not show?

Confirm the product is selected, has a connected size chart, has inventory for the selected variant, and the theme app block is added to the product template.

Why is a selected product still hidden?

Product selection is the first gate. After that, PrimeStyleAI still checks chart coverage and inventory. Products without a chart or available variant should stay hidden.

Can merchants change products after a paid plan is active?

Yes. Paid-plan product access changes can be scheduled for the next billing cycle. Immediate storefront on/off controls should be used only for visibility changes.

How do add-on try-ons work?

Add-ons increase the current plan balance when included try-ons are not enough. They do not change the product tier or monthly included usage package.

What happens when one-color try-on is enabled?

After the shopper completes a try-on for a product color, the widget can show the saved size and reopen the existing result instead of generating again for that color.

Does PrimeStyleAI support swimwear?

One-piece swimwear can be supported when the image is appropriate. Bikini, two-piece swimwear, lingerie, nudity, adult, and explicit products are not supported.

What if a try-on fails?

Failed try-ons should not count against usage when the failure is technical. Send support the product URL, variant, screenshots, and approximate time.

How do I contact support?

Email support@primestyleai.com with the store domain, product URL, and screenshots when possible.
